Mini-conference on Nov 18 馃憞馃憞馃憞 in Seattle.

An exchange fund is like a jigsaw puzzle.
The fund manager has to attract the right mix of partners to contribute shares such that the whole fund tracks the stated policy (usually an index).
The right mix results in partners getting diversified immediately when the fund closes. But there's still work to do.
Cache founder Srikanth Narayan tells us about how he finds the right mix today, why the 7-year "lockup" isn't quite right, and how they're innovating in this corner of wealth management.

This is part 1 of a two-part series with Srikanth.
In part 2, we discuss how Cache uses Section 351 for risk management and their comments and recommendations to Treasury following Notice 2026-62 and Rev. Rul. 2026-20.
